What day of the week is my lawn serviced?
We begin the week with businesses and then move on to residences. We arrange the residential service date by location
When should I expect my bill?
Service invoices are sent out by the 3rd day of the month. All charges from the previous month are included on the invoice.
How do I arrange extra weekly or annual services?
It is best to use our contact form on the “Contact” page of the website. You can easily provide us with the information necessary to get the work estimated and completed as quickly as possible.
Why my lawn was not serviced this week?
If your lawn is not serviced on the scheduled day, the cause is usually poor weather. If your lawn is not serviced for an entire week, it is likely due to excessive sun with no precipitation. We take care to not stress already weak grass during these dry periods.
Can I request a specific day for service?
Yes, please request it before the mowing season begins, we try to fulfill your request. If the schedule is such that your request cannot be fulfilled we will work with you to find a solution.

Yes. Grandview Landscaping & Snowplowing, Inc. provides full service including irrigation installation, brick paving, retaining walls, bed installation, all plantings, small-scale earth sculpting. Please use the form on the “Contact” page of this site to inquire further on landscaping needs.
Can I request to be skipped one week?
Absolutely. We appreciate it greatly if you can email or phone us at least a day in advance to your service day.

How is pricing for lawn service determined?
Service cost is determined by length of time to complete. This sometimes is reflective of property size but can become highly disproportionate if there are many trim-required areas.
How is payment for service handled?
Service invoices are sent out by the 3rd day of the month. All charges from the previous month are included on the invoice.
Can I arrange short-term lawn service?
Absolutely. Let us know when you sign on for service if you desire to be a seasonal contract customer or a time limited account. Time limited accounts do not benefit from the online tools that seasonal contracts do.
